The Reclamation Room

Free. Six weeks. The thing nobody in the fitness industry even knows about & why NOTHING has worked...YET!

You're not broken. You're just running really, really old software.

Like, embarrassingly old. We're talking 2,000 years old. Pre-internet. Pre-indoor plumbing. Old.

And until you see it, you cannot stop it.

OK so here's what actually happened.

Before organised religion rewrote the story, women's bodies were considered sacred. Bleeding without a wound. Growing an entire human organ. Feeding a child from their own body.

That was goddess-level stuff, and everyone knew it.

Then some very threatened men wrote it all down differently.

They called the bleed unclean.

Called intuition witchcraft.

Called wanting to be seen dangerous.

And then built an entire civilization around making sure you'd feel that version of yourself in your body every single day without ever being able to name why.

Genesis Rabbah 18:2. Written over 2,000 years ago. Still running in your nervous system right now.

It's not a metaphor, it's the actual operating system at the deepest layer of the collective (women's) unconscious underneath your food anxiety, your injuries, your inflammation, and every "I don't know why I self-sabotage" moment you've ever had.

The fitness industry has zero idea about any of this!!!

 They give you macros.

They give you a program.

They give you a supplement stack and tell you to be more consistent.

None of it touches the layer where the actual problem lives.

Because the restrict-binge cycle isn't a habit problem. The chronic pain that has no clean medical explanation isn't bad luck. The body that won't change no matter how hard you work isn't broken.

They're all the same thing: a nervous system running a stress response that was architected centuries before you were born, playing out through food and exercise and inflammation because it has to go somewhere.

🥹When you understand that, everything changes. And I mean everything.

I know because I lived it.

 C6/C7 cervical tear.

No accident to explain it.

Neurosurgeon said surgery was the only option.

😆I said hold on.

I went down the rabbit hole instead.

⬇️Sarno.

⬇️Psychosomatics.

⬇️HeartMath.

⬇️Jungian psychology.

⬇️Goddess history.

⬇️Pre-Abrahamic religious texts.

😮‍💨Fifteen months of connecting dots that nobody in the fitness world had connected for me in 25 years of working in it.

I came back with a system. And then I tested it on myself until I was standing on a metaphorical cake in my gym kit genuinely having the best time in my body I've ever had.

That's what's on the other side of this.

THE RECLAMATION ROOM

What we're doing inside:

Week 1 & 2 — Food & Feminine Energy Understanding the restrict-binge loop at the root level. Not willpower. Not habits. The unconscious identity running the whole show.

Week 3 — Animus Healing The one nobody teaches. The polluted masculine inside you that's been running your relationship with exercise and food like a drill sergeant. We're retiring her.

Week 4 — Brain & Heart Coherency Breathing Three minutes a day. The gateway to everything running below conscious awareness. This one will blow your mind.

Week 5 & 6 — Exercise as a Closed Manifestation Cycle When you do what you say you'll do in the gym, you build the self-trust that translates to everything else. This is where the effortless body starts.

Plus: your three astrological placements as a cheat code to your specific unconscious conditioning. No childhood memory required. No therapy homework. Just your chart and a completely new lens.

Monthly: Full moon breathwork. Because your cycle is a tool, not a liability.

THIS IS FOR YOU IF

You look REALLY GOOD ON PAPER. You've got your career, you've done the inner work, you are not a beginner at any of this, and your body is still the place where everything falls apart.

You've cycled through the same fitness patterns so many times you've stopped telling people you're starting again.

You want to be visibly hot and you feel guilty about that, and then you feel shame about the guilt, and somehow knowing better makes it worse.

You have chronic pain or inflammation with no clean medical explanation. You manage it. You work around it. You've stopped expecting it to resolve.

You read Sarno and something like it that cracked you open. Or you haven't yet but you already sense your body is trying to tell you something you haven't been able to hear.

You landed on the Genesis Rabbah passage where "woman baffles God's design" and something went quiet in the way things go quiet when you finally see the thing that's been running underneath everything.

You've always known the story you were handed about your body was wrong.

You just didn't have the source material until now.

The Reclamation Room gives you the source material.

And then it gives you the map out.

Six modules. Monthly full moon breathwork.

A community of women doing the actual work.

Intellectual rigour and body work in the same room, because they always should have been.

Free.

On Skool.

Lauren is a body energetics coach and movement specialist with 25 years in the fitness industry. She's not here to give you another workout plan.

After a C6/C7 cervical tear with no accident to explain it, a neurosurgeon recommending surgery, and 18 months of piecing together what her body was actually trying to say, she built the Body Energetix System: a five-step methodology using the Merkabah, brain and heart coherency breathing, three astrological placements, and intentional eating and exercise to reach the unconscious patterns driving body sabotage, chronic pain, and the binge-restrict cycle.

😅She spent 15 months going all the way down the rabbit hole so you don't have to.

She came back with a system. And she's giving it to you free, because you can't reclaim something you haven't understood yet.

They wrote the rib story so she wouldn't think, see, listen, speak, feel, reach, or run.

But woman baffles God's design and purpose.

This is where that ends.
